To deal with the Ultrafine sand loss during artificial sand Making and the pollution caused by artificial sand muddy water. We successfully developed SC Fine Sand Extraction Equipment. It consists of motor ,wear-resistant pump ,sand pulp concentrator liner dewatering screen ,risen bath ,product reture tank and other components .During working, the muddy water is put into the rinse bath, through the wear-resistant pump to concentrator ,the sewage and the sand are separated, through the spray-head ,the sand is transferred to dewatering screen, dewatered then transferred to belt conveyor. The sewage back to product reture tank, shunt to rinse bath ,the spilth is discharged.

It has the follow advantages:

1)The whole process is fully automated ,can save much labor cost.

2)Effectively Control the fine sand loss rate during artificial sand making process and improve sand finess modulus.

3)The materials of dewatering sieve ,sieve plate  and spray-head is made by several Polymer research unit and use through repeated tests, the wear life is 5-6 times more than steel plate and not easy plug the holes.

4)Can recover 80%-90% of the fine particulate matter of emissions ,with the technical and economic advantages that other devices can’t compare with

5)As the customer’s requirements ,it can be designed and the modificated to apply to more areas ,such as commercial contcrete ,dock sand sucking and other lines.
